Affordable housing means that housing costs are structured to be approximately 30% of the household income. This is a standard that has been adopted by public and private funding sources.
DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ANY APARTMENTS FOR RENT?
Throughout our rental portfolio we have typical turnover, i.e., residents moving into another home. When this happens, we go to our waiting list of people who have submitted applications. If you are interested in submitting an application, click here.

WHERE DO YOUR FUNDS COME FROM?
Our funds come from a wide variety of sources, including public funds from the city and state, and private funds from foundations and banks. Most of this is in the form of contracts for services provided or fees paid for services.
