WinnResidential is a national real estate management company that specializes in managing residential properties.
In 1993, WinnResidential began managing the majority of HRI’s properties, currently numbering more than 1,200 apartments and nearly 60,000 square feet of commercial space within 14 properties owned by CNAHS throughout Cambridge. This includes a wide variety of low-income, moderate-income, and market-rate apartments.
WinnResidential, the property management division of WinnCompanies, is driven by a single goal: To significantly raise the standards of property management every day, one interaction at a time. Supported by more than 2,700 team members, WinnResidential is the nation’s fifth largest multifamily property manager, the largest manager of affordable housing, and the second largest manager of privatized military housing. They manage more than 98,000 homes on over 570 properties in 22 states and the District of Columbia. They manage properties owned by more than 70 entities including private developers, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, financial institutions and government agencies.
