HRI completed Putnam Green in 2012. This all-affordable 40-unit new construction project’s design incorporates sustainable materials, solar PV, and solar thermal, as well as a colorful mosaic on the front wall that commemorates Geneva Malenfant, a local community activist. The building received LEED Platinum, Energy Star, and Enterprise Green Communities (EGC) certifications.
